'The Daily Show' is coming to the Democratic Convention in Denver - think you can handle it?

May 1, 2008 — I just got a call from John Stewart and he verified that he’s coming to Colorado – not to visit me, this time – but instead to tape “The Daily Show” during the Democratic National Convention in Denver.

He even offered me free tickets!

OK, Stewart didn’t call me, he never visits, and EVERYONE gets free tickets, but I’m not going to let that stop me from feeling special.

“The Daily Show’s” coverage of the Democratic National Convention will be taped at The Byron Theatre in the Newman Center for the Performing Arts at The University of Denver and will air nightly at 11 p.m. ET/PT from Tuesday, Aug. 26 through Friday, Aug. 29.
