Freestyle swim clinic, lodging special available at Westin Riverfront

October 1, 2009 — The Westin’s Riverfront Club is offering a new, Total Immersion�, freestyle swimming workshop Oct. 24th - 25th in Avon.

Led by swim tech coach and director Kevin Millerick, the Riverfront Club’s Total Immersion freestyle swimming workshop will feature in-depth analysis and coaching on how to improve technique and establish good form and mechanics. It includes seven hours of in-water instruction from trained TI instructors in the saline-based outdoor lap pool.

The workshop will be held on Saturday, Oct. 24 and Sunday, Oct 25 from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
